The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

wilil hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, April 13th, 1981 at
7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-Jaw, 1979, No. 1651":

By-law No. 1830: to rezone

Parcel "D", Reference Plan 2032, of Fract onal Sections 18
and 19, Block 6, North Range One East and of Lot 231, Group
One, except | . . .
Firstly: ‘Parcel J, Reference Plan 6040, and
Secondly: Part subdivided by Plan 24,387, from A~l to M-1.
This property is approximately 15 acres in size and is Located
at 1485 Coast Meridian Road. . The rezoning procedures are being
undertaken to allow the use of the property as a distribution
centre and Jumber wholesale vard. It is anticipated. that a.
60,000 sq.ft. warehouse buildirs
be constructed on the site £511 Lag completion of ‘the rezoning
procedures,
A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ~ on working days ~-from April 2nd to Aprii
13th, 1981, .
