The Municlpal Council of The Corporation of the City of NQM 1 QAGP7O10m

will fold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Nall,

2272 McAliister Avenue on Monday, Recembecr 10th, 1979 at 7:30 p-m. to consider

the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam zoning Ry-law,

1979, No. 1651".

‘By-law No. 1724: to remove the Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned

to Lots 270 ‘to 276, inclusive, of a Plan of Subdivision in process
-of Lots 10 and 11, portions of Lots 12 to 19 (inclusive), Block 8,-:
Plan 2137 and the 0.0168 ha and 0.0291 ha portions shown outlined
green on the plan attached to the "Ryan/Marshall Plan 2137 Road
Exchange By-law, 1979, No. 1722", all of District Lot 255, Group
One; New Westminster District, prepared by Robert u. Reese,
B.C.L.S. of V.C. Gouda] and Associates, British Columbia Land
Surveyors, under Job Number C-2896-79C, and assigning the Zone

Designation of: &

RS-1: to Lots 270, 272, 273, 274, 275, and 276 thereof; and,

RT-1: to Lot 271 thereof. °

This property is located en the West side of Ryan Street between

Warwick and Marshall Avenucs and is being rezoned in order to

permit the subdivision thereof and it is expected that six single

family residential lots and one duplex residential lot will be

created following completion of the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By-law, the Plan of Robert N. Reese, B.C.L.S.
referred to therein, and other relevant documents may be inspected in the Office
of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Nall, at the address given above, between
‘the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days, November 29th, 1979 to
December 10th, 1979. .

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed
by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on
matters contained jn the by-law.
