Re: Council Meeting Schedule

Now that the summer season is over, it is presumed that the Council

will wish to revert to the practice of holding a Council Meeting each
Monday evening.’ However, we would ask whether it is Council's intention
to hold a meeting next Monday, September 18th, 1978 immediately preceding
the Union of British Columbia Municipalities Convention.

At least three of the Aldermen, Aldermen Laking, Mabbett, and Thompson,
will be absent and the Mayor and the other three Aldermen will be leaving
on Tuesday, September 19th for Penticton as will Mr. Pollock and myself.

May we have Council's instructions, please.
