within the red outiine on a by-law plan sworn by Walter E. Frith,

B.C.L.S. amd dated the 8th day of July, 1977, a copy of which is

attached hereto;

(b) ,All that portion of Lot 38 ‘Block Q, District Lot 466, Group One,
New Westminster District as shown on registered plan 19410, included
within the red, outline on a by-law plan sworn by Walter E. Frith,
B.C.L.S. and dated the 8th day of July, 1977, a copy of which is

attached hereto'-

at or for the price or sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and ‘in exchange for that’

certain parcel or tract of land described in the preceding Section hereof,

of Walter E. Frith, B.C.L. Sey is hereby closed and stopped up to traffic of

all kinds.

he The ‘said lands to be so purchased as aforesaid shall, when so conveyed

to the said City, be established as an addition to the roads in District Lot

“486, Group One, New Westminster District.

5. ' - The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitiam are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps,

receipts and other documents on “behalt of the said city as may be necessary

for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
