in the form and to the extent see forth in “Land Use Contract No, 8",
‘which is the Schedule hereto annexed and wade part of this By-law,
2. The said Land Use Contract No. 8 shall extend cto and shall regulate
the development and use of the lands described as:

Lot Eight (8), Block "A" of District Lots
Three Hundred Eighty-two (282) and Two
Hundred Eighty-cighe (288), Croup One (1)
and of Sections Seven (7) aod Eighteen (18)
Block Six North (BON), Range One East (RIE)
Plan 10150, New Westminster District

3. Land Use. Contract No. 8 shall have the force and effect of a
restrictive covenant running with the land described in Section 2 hereof

and shall be registered in the New Westminster Land Registry Office by

the City.

4. > This By-law may be cited for all purposes as "Land Use Contract No. 8

Authorization By-law, 1974, No. 1347".
