Extract from the minutes of a regular meeting of the Municipal Council of

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held on October 16th, 1972,

"Moved by Alderman Laking:

Seconded by Alderman Ranger: ;

That the Subdivision Plan of Lot 337 of the South-half of Section
6, Plan 41904 and a Portion of Lot 4 of the South~east Quarter of Section
6, Plan 15034, all of Township 40, New Westminster District, prepared by
James Davidson, B.C.L.S., and completed by him on June 9th, 1972 wherein
Lots 123 to 165, inclusive, are created and wherein certain of the lots . ;

so created are left with a frontage upon the highway of less than one-

tenth of their perimeter, be approved;

AND THAT the Plan of Subdivision aforesaid be exempted from the

minimum frontage prescribed under Section 712(1) of the Municipal Act and

the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land By-Law, 1970, No. 992", :

Carried."
