to be dealt with on their own merits with value being established for any road

allowances being transferred to an adjacent owner; and further, regarding the McLeod

lane closure, this proceed as previously arranged with title being transferred to

the owners for the nominal fee of $1.00.

Committee, September 28th, 1973, the McLeod Lane Closure proceed as previously ar-
ranged, that is, dedication of land in exchange for the lane closure, with title

to the closed road being transferred to the owner of the adjacent land for the

nominal fee of $1.00. Carried,

Air Manor, advising that plans and comments have been received from the Fire Mar- Bel-Air

shal's office and that the Chief Inspector willbe able to issue a building permit anor
provided that the owner is prepared to make modifications to the building and meet
fire standards as recommended by the Fire Marshal's office and City By-laws: fur-
ther, that in order to permit reconstruction, tenants should be given 60 days not-

ice to evict, with the work to be completed five months thereafier.
