We subunit herein our tender for the provision of the sarvice of towing

and storage of inpounded vehicles.

Scope of Service to be Provided

Upon the request of a Peace Officer (either from the R.C.M.P. or the
City’s own By-law Enforcement Officer) to attend at any time of the
day or alght at the location of the vehicle to be impounded.

To tow the inpounded vehicle to our own ge yard for

To store the impounded vehicle in our safe, enclosed, storage atea for a
mininum of Thirty bn days (unless sooner claimed by the registered owner).

To release the vehicte to the registered owner upon request and to collect
all towing and storage fees chargeable from the registered ower.

In the case of a vehicle sold at auction to retain from the proceeds
thereof an arount equal to the towing and storage fees thereon with the
balance payable to the City of Port Coquitlam.

To accept, either directly or through ovr insurers, all valid claims for
loss or damage incurred to an impounded vehicle while che same is being
