Being my first Christmas away from "home" I have to say that this Christ- mas is a little bit sad for me. My husband, Brent, children, Toni (Llyears old) and Forrest (7 years old) and myself moved this past summer to Richmond B.C, At this time of the year I remember all the great Christmases that I have experienced in Terrace, which has given me the childlike fondness and excitement that I acquired during this season, I remember snowmobiling and to- bogganing at Thunderbird and later going home for hot chocolate. I re- member building snow forts with my brother at our house on Labelle, then later with the youngest of my brothers and sister at our house on DeJong. I remember going lo the annual Christmas Carol sing at the Pente- costal Church. I remember going to “Granny and Grandpa Brown’s as a child to celebrate with them on Christ- mas Eve, after driving around and looking at all the Christmas lights. I have so many memories it would take too much time to go through them all. I have to say that even though I am not “home" J am filled with mem- ories of great friends, former employ- ers and of course my family.
