A total of 4,871 people will be attending, according to regis- trations. Festival committee president Marilyn Kerr describes it as "an annual regional event which binds the commu- nities. It’s well run by a dedicated group of volunteers.” Kerr adds, "When we go looking for adjudicators, we get them — because we treat them well and we pay well." .
