From the Kinsmen Club of Port Coquitlam, January 3rd, 1977, requesting Kinsmen Club re National proclamation of the week February 19th through to February as "National Heritage Week & Day Heritage Week" and more specifically, February 21st, 1977 "National Heritage Day" in the City of Port Coquitlam, as stated in a proclamation submitted with its letter, and advising that again this year that Organization intends to support its National Program marking the anniversary of the Canadian Flag (Heritage Day) by providing funds for expanding the Kinsmen Canadiana Section in the Public Library.
