That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Reaidential) to RM~4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: 1. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Qe Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; 3, Gatisfaction of Bullding Department concerns; 4, Satisfaction of Fire Department concerns; 5.
