BYLAW NO, 2722

A Bylaw to stop up and close to traffic a portion SEP 14 199?
of road shown dedicated on Plan 226 land 85435, New
Westminster District, in the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of the "Municipal Act",
being Chapter 290 of the revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council may
by bylaw stop up and close to traffic a highway or any portion of a highway;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway hereinafter described be

stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

i, All that portion of road shown dedicated on Play 2261, New Westminster District:
Parcel 'A’ having an area of 5.3 rm“
Parcel 'D’ having an area of 13.4 m*

2. All that portion of road shown dedicated on Plan, 85435, New Westminster District:
Parcel ’B’ having an area of 0.37 1
Parcel ’C’ having an are of 4.20 m

and included within the heavy outline on a reference plan certified by DJ. Dyck, British
Columbia Land Surveyor, on the ist day of September, 1992, a copy of which is attached hereto;
is hereby stopped up and closed to traffic.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "1200 Block Mary Hill Road (Plan 2261 &
85435) Road Closure Bylaw, 1992, No. 2722".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of September, 1992.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of September, 1992,

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this l4th day of September, 1992.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam this dayof , 1992.
