The Municipal Council of. The Corporation: of ‘the: City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: -
1.) The Zoning Map of The. Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
’ being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, .
Noe 21651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of .RS-2 assigned
“Lot 11353, Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Towriship. 40,° Plan
..2. . 24333, New Westminster Districts. -
and assigning the zone Designation of RS-1 to the ‘said property.
2. 00~ This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
“.."Goquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment- By-law, 1980, No.
1751". ,
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-eighth
day of April, 1980.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty~eighth

Public Hearing held this Twelfth day of May, 1980.

By-law No. 1751: to remove the Zone Designation of
RS-2 assigned to Lot 113, Southeast Quarter, Section 7,
Township 40, Plan 24333, New Westminster District, and

-to assign the Zone Nesignation of RS-1, This property is
located at 80 Victoria Drive and is being rezoned in
order to permit the subdivision thereof into two single
family residential lots. re
