Schedule "B" as attached to the City Administrator's memorandum of July

7th, 1978, be considered.

That the amendment to Schedule "B" of Land Use Contract No. 27 to
permit the proposed development at 1929 Brown Street to proceed in two
phases, with the neighbourhood pub proceeding first and then the industrial
buildings, as set out in the attachment to the City, Administrator's

memorandum of July 7th, 1978, be approved.

in place of the Brown Street access.
