Dear Sirs:-

We herewith submit to you two letters sent by this committee
to the Attorney General's Department and the Minister of Human
Resources. To reintorce the committee's position, we would
respectfully ask that Council send supporting !etters to the
Ministries concerned. -

Although those matters are apparently of a provincial nature,
the Family Court Committee represents the Councils and people of
District 43 in ensuring that the effectiveness of our justice

system remains a priority.
