Federation of Canadian Municipalities and all municipalities
in Canada with over 25,000 in Population for endorsation,"

We would kindly ask you to place the above resolution before your
municipal council for its consideration and endorsation.. In the
event your council sees fit to endorse same, we would kindly ask
you to notify Mr. Brian Mulroney, Prime Minister of Canada; Mr.
D.H. Lander, Acting President « Chief Executive Officer, Canada
Post Corporation, Ottawa, Ontario, KIA OB1; and the Federation of
Canadian Municipalities, 24 Clarence Street, Ottawa, Ontario,

KIN SP3. In addition, I would appreciate advice as to whatever
action your Council elects to take on this resolution,
