A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, MAR 3 1980
1979, No. 1651". |
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: |
i. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlaia
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,

No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-1 assigned

Lot 106, District Lot 380, Flan 33400, New Westminster District;

and agsigning the Zone Designation of RT~l1 to the said property.
2. This By~law may be cited for all Purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1980, No.

1733",
Read a first time by the Municipal Counc4 this Fourth day of

February, 1980,

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Fourth day of

February, 1980.
Public Hearing held this Eightcenth day of February, 1980.

By-Jaw No. 1733: to rezone Lot 106, District Lot 380, Plan 33400,

New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RT-1.

This property is addressed as 3341-3343 Jervis Street and is the
bite of an existing duplex. The rezoning is being undertaken at
the request of the owner so that the property may be placed in the

correct zone for its current use.
