SUMMER 1986 DAY CAMP - This year the Francophone Asso-- Ciation's day camp allowed 50 youths to keep in contact and to improve thefr French during the summer holidays. Throughout the summer the diffe- rent groups travelled through the world and enriched their Knowledge of regions such as --China,~Egypts-Hawait5- Quebec, “India; -~ ~~ California, France... Furthermore, one of the princi- pal goals of the day camp "TO SHOW KIDS THAT IT IS POSSIBLE To HAVE FUN IN FRENCH" was largely “realized. This thanks to acti- vities such as a day at the beach, a day at the farm, a mock olympic day, an afternoon at the cinema, a puppet show, a clown visit and tons of games, each one more fun than the rest.
