Now therefore be it resolved that:

1. Lot “A", Block 24, DL289, Group 1, Plan LMP2894, NWD, Port Coquitlam, BC
be sold by tender if bids acceptable to Council are received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and post the
"Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting;

The terme and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;

Gouncil reserves the right to accept any bid or bids or to reject any or
all of the bida if Council in its absolute discretion determines that

rejection is appropriate.

That His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the
attached Statutory Rights of Way Agreements:

1. Storm Sewer Right of Way Agreement over Lot "A except; parts subdivided
by Plan ; Section 6, Township 40, N.W.D., Plan 5345, and Lot
8 except; firstly, parts subdivided by Plan 32417; secondly, parts
subdivided by Plan ; Section 6, Township 40, N.W.D., Plan 4318.

2. A Sanitary/Storm Sewer Right of Way Agreement over lots
5,6,7,8,11,12,13,14,17-38 & 39, Plan 5345 and Lot 8, Plan
