His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Aldermen 4.D. Gates, ‘!.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, 2.H. Talbot, S.A. Thompson and N.R. Wright in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, Acting City Clerk 5. Rauh, City Treasurer J.G.S, Naitland, City Engineer I, Zahynacz, and Director of Planning C.R. Felip. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Moved by Alderman Thompson: Seconded by Alderman Talbot: That the minutes of the Public llearing and Resular Council meeting held on January i4th, 1991 be taken as read and adopted. Carried. His Worship L.M. Traboulay announced that the Womens’ Centre moving to a yet to be selected City owned property on Mary Hill Road. DELEGATION Brian Vogler, #25-9201 Forest Grove, North Lurnaby spoke on a Commuter Rail Service for Port Coquitlam. Mayor Traboulay asked Mr. Vogler to give the information to the Public Works Committee. Laura Lawson addressed Council. on. the need for a teen newsletter for the City of Port Coquitlam. His worship L.M. Traboulay referred Ms. Lawson to the Parks and Recreation Committee. BYLAWS s Moved by Alderman Wrights: Seconded by Alderman Talbot: That the “City of Port Coquitlam Business License Bylaw, 1973, No. 1237" be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted. Carried.
