W. V.A, Hall to for- mulate-plans in connection with a hospital for Terrace was well attended. Considerable discus- sion along general lines indicated the interest. which ‘the towns- people are taking in the proposal. After ‘much detai] had been ex- plained dway by Chairman Hatt, it was decided that the board of management for the institution should be composed of twelve members, one from each of the several organizations of the town and six from the public at large. ~ Balloting then took place for the six. public representatives, and resulted in the election of George Litule, H. T. Kenney, Mrs, J, K. Fros, A. H. Barker, Mrs. O. T. Sundal, and J. K. Gordon. The Board will be completed by the 25th of the month, by which time the fraternal societies will have} held their regular meeting and nomed their respective members, The meeting endorsed the ac- tionsof the committees-which had been handling the work, and re- lieving them of further respansi- ‘bility in the matter by transfer- ring the results of their labors to the permanent board. It was estimated that $300 would be sufficient to equip the two wards which are to be pre- pared for immediate useage. _P.-T. Association Met ’ A good attendance marked the regular monthly meeting of ‘the Kitsumgallum School Parent-Tea- cher Association, held on the 13th} in the schoolhouse. Vice-presi- dent J. B. Both are weil and favorably} known in the Terrace district, where they have a host of friends who wish them a long and happy life.
