A copy of the plan referred to in Section 1 and Section 2 hereof is
attached to this bylaw and made a part hereof.

Those portions of road described in Section L hereof are hereby closed and
stopped up to traffic of all kinds.

That portion of land described in Section 2 hereof, when conveyed to the
City, shall be established as an addition to the toads in the City.

The Mayor and City Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to execute such
conveyances , deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the
said City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the
Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

This Bylaw may be eited for all purposes as the "1900 Block Taylor Street
Road Exchange Bylaw, 1991, No. 2629".
