Ms. Schmidt asked if the developer was going to make a presentation as to
what will be located in the shopping mall areae Mr. Dy Massey, Architect for
the project explained that it would be a "Home Centre" type arrangement that
would have room for a good deal of parking.

Mre Re» Buhr, 3148 Lancaster Street asked the Architect for the property if
they had plans to open Shaftsbury Street into the shopping mall at.a latter
date. The Architect replied that there are no plans to open Shaftsbury now or
in the future.

To rezone Parcel 1 (Explanatory Plan 15486), Block 4, District Lot 232,
Group One, Plan 3299, New Westminster District from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to
RS~2 (Small Lot Residential).

The property is located at the North End of Brand Street and the rezoning
would permit the subdivision of the property for the construction of single
family residences.

No one was present to speak at the Zoning Public Hearings

The Public Hearing adjourned at 7:50 D+Me
