A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" HEC -9 199]

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts 45 follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British ColumbLa
which are more particularly described as:

Parcel One, Plan 80336, and
Lot "B", Pian 21652,
District Lot 288,

Group One,

New Westminster District,

are hereby rezoned from RS~3 (Estate Residential) to M-3 (Clean
Industrial) and the Zoning Map ef the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" 1s hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes 45s "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2434".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 23rd day of July, 1990.

Read a second time by che Municipal Couneil this 23rd day of July, 1990.

Public Hearing held this 13th day of August, 1990.

Intent of the Bylaw:

To permit the development and use of the property for a multi~tenant warehouse
