Students in Kindergarten to Grade 7 will have received entry forms at their schools- One student from Terrace and one from Thornhill will be chosen to be Fire Chief for a Day. Their prize will involve being picked up from school in a fire truck, brought to McDonalds Restaurant where they will have breakfast with the Terrace and Thornhill Fire Chiefs, the Mayor, Ambulance Unit Chief, and the RCMP Inspector. After breakfast, they will take a trip to the fire hall and eventually be returned to their school: of c course; in the fire truck.
