This letter is to verify our telephone conversation of this ‘jate requesting
permission for the 754 Phoenix Air Cadet Squadron to hold Tag Days in the city
of Port Coquitlam on 20, 21, and 22 November » 1980. . ,

If permission is granted, we would like to station supervised Cadets at
various locations in Port Coquitlam to seek public support. ‘These locations will
all be asked permission to allow the Cadets to stand outside their establishment,
No Cadets will be placed anywhere without prior sanction,
