Christmas party time! Please brina a food dish or a bottle of wine for a
pot-luck supper. Knives, forks and plates will be available.

Annual General Meeting J

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meetino of the Potters
Guild of 8.C. will be held at 1359 Cartwright St. Vancouver on Wednesday,
January 21, 1987, at 7:30 P.M. Ste en th

The main business of the meeting shall be the reading of annual reports
and the election of the Board of Directors - formerly called the Executive.

The number of directors shall be twelve (12), to hold office for
three years. At each annual oeneral meeting one-third (1/3) of the total
number of directors shall retire from office. A retiring director can
be re-elected.

The President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer shal] be elected
as officers. Eiaht (8) directors shall be elected with responsibilities
in the following areas: Membership, Proarammae, Workshoos, “ewsletter,
Exhibitions, Library, Publicity, Annual Sale, Gallery Committee, Awards,
fominations, Social.

NOMINATIONS: As nominations chairman I am workina to have a slate of people
who are ready to serve the Guild. Please consider taking a turn as a director.
If you have suggestions for nominations, or wish to volunteer your services,
contact me in writing at the Guild office, or telephone me at home at
