as appalling. The citizens of
Terrace do not feel that they
have a voice and have shown
it by ignoring the election. I

was going to spoil my ballot’

by entering the Seven Dwarfs

as my candidates. However,

I would only have been able
to enter six names for council
(none for mayor) and frankly

opinion on. One is the an-
nual downsizing of the former

second is-the secret purchase
of the Greig Avenue prop-
