Systems.

That the amount of up to $15,000 be authorized for the provision of
consulting services to:

Phase I - review our existing phone systems, to develop specs for a new
system and to submit a pre-tender budget cost estimate for a new
system, estimated cost $10,000.

Phase II - issue tender, evaluate tenders and assist with implementation,

estimated cost $5,000.

From the City Engineer, January 18th, 1990 regarding Revised Section 215
Covenant for Lot 43 Genstar Phase 8B Subdivision.

That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the attached
revised Section 215 Covenant to be registered against Lot 43 of Genstar's
Phase 8B Subdivision.
