BYLAW NO. 2434

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts ag follows:

1. That certain parcel of land Situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

Parcel 1
District Lot 288

Group One
Plan 80336
New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS~3 (Estate Residential) to M-3 (Clean Industrial) and
the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" tg hereby
amended to reflect this rezoning.

2, This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2434"

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 29th day of May, 1989,
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 29th day of May, 1989.

Public Hearing held this 26th day of June, 1989,
