WHEREAS this Council is holding a public meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday,
March 24th, 1982 in the Hyde Creek Centre gymnasium, 1379 Laurier Avenue,
Port Coquitlam, B.C. to discuss garbage disposal options, including the
proposed Pitt Polder site;

-AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to constitute this meeting as a
formal special meeting of the Council;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a special meeting of the Municipal
Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be held at 7:30
p.m. Wednesday, March 24th, 1982 in the Hyde Creek Centre gymnasium,
1379 Laurier Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. for the purpose of hearing all
persons who desire to appear before the Council and make representations,
and present briefs, petitions, or other information to the Council with
respect to garbage disposal options, including the proposed Pitt Polder
site; :

AND THAT the City Clerk be instructed to issue the required notice of
the said special meeting and to make all other necessary arrangements
therefor."
