This property is located on the West Side of the 3300 Block Ulster Street and it is expected that following completion of the re-zoning procedures a Medical Centre will be developed thereon comprising a ‘two story structure providing a total usable floor area of 15,900 square feer with parking for 48 cars being provided on site with access to Ulster Street.
