RE BUILDING PERMIT FOR DUPLEX ~ 1546 Mary Hil] Road

We have an application for a new duplex at 1546 Mary HI11 Road, the
lot in question is vacant and meets all the requirements for a two family
residential use as set down in the present Zoning By-law. A visual inspection
of the proposed site has been made and is concurrent with our records on file
of the area.

Would you pkase bring this to Council to determine if they will approve
it. Enclosed are two copies of plans and copy of strip map of the area.
