Fraser Valley Potters Guild is excited to present a workshop on
Feb. 17 and 18, 1996 with Josh DeWeese, the current Resident
Director of the Archie Bray Foundation in Montana. His pots are
loose, wheel-thrown & assembled with an incredible vitality, Josh
will throw and assemble his pieces. He'll also show some
awesome slides of his work as well as slides and histary of the
Foundation,

Painting with Clay

Gillian McMillan is offering a ‘hands-on’ workshop featuring the use
of coloured slips. Participants will paint and trail slips and use
sgraffite and resist techniques to decorste handmada, leatherhard,
earthenware tiles. the work will then be dried, bisqued and claar-
