DRAFLT RESOLUTIONS - ARCHITECTURAL AGREEMENTS

Hyde Creek Centre

THAT the Agreement between the Corporatson of tha Clry of Port
Coquitlam and Vie Davies Architect Ltd, respecting the provision of
professional architectural services in connection with the design and
construction of the expansion of the Hyda Creek Centre dated for
reference the lOth day of September, 1992 be and the same ig hereby
approved;

AND WJHAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to Sign the sald
Agreement on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto,

Public Works Yard and Fire Hall

THAT the Agreement between the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam and Grant & Sinclair Architects Ltd, reapecting the
provision of profeasional architectural services in connection with
the design and construction of tha proposed new Public Works Yard and
Fire Hall to be located at the southweat corner of Broadway Avenue and
Cameron Street dated for reference the 19th day of Auguat, 1992 be and
the same 18 hereby approved;

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerks be authorized to sign the said
Agreement on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
