Alderman Keryluk stated he would Like some information with regard to the number of building permits issued for residential units during 1974, that is, those issued to date and those anticipated to be issued for the remainder of the year, and Alderman Ranger alvised that this would amount to approximately 812 dvelling units, but he pointed out properties that were not always developed after receiving approval for rezoning, and the land held back because of the school err accounts for the build-up over the years, Alderman Keryluk stated his understanding that James Park School and Annex, Cedar Drive School, and George Pearkes Junior Secondary School are already overcrowded; also that the @ rooms planned for the new Lincoln Park School will be inadequate, and he suggested that perhaps the Council should get together with the School Board to took at the
