Rezoning from RS-! to RM-2

RECOMMENDATION: That the above captioned property be included in
the Omnibus Rezoning Bylaw that rezones existing

non=-conforming apartmants.

COMMENTS:

Subsequent to preparing the list of apartments to be rezoned in
the Omnibus Razoning Bylaw, existence of the above noted apartmant
has been brought to the Planning Department's attention. In that
this property Is naxt door to a similar property being razoned in
the Omnlbus Bylaw, inclusion of this property Is batng

recommended.
