BYLAW NO. 2399

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Animal

Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No, 1020".

The

Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in

Open meeting assembled, enacts 4S followe:

The “City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation Bylaw, 1970,

No. 1020" jis aneuded by iuserting, after Section 32, the following as
Section 324:

“OTHER ANIMALS
No person shali keep:
(a) any venomous snakes; nor
(b) more than four other snakes; nor

(ec) a total of more than four rats, mice Or other rodents

On any parcel of land in the City, other than on premises
licensed as a pet shop or on schoo] prenises,"

The Bylaw is further amended by inserting, before Section 33, the
following heading:

"ENFORCEMENT"

This Bylaw Shall come into force, take effect, and be binding on all
Persons on and from the First day of December, 1988,

This Bylaw may be cited for all Purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No. 1020, Amendment
Bylaw, 1988, No. 2392",
