A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port '
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651". MAY 14 1984

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in open
meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot 13
District Lot 479.

Group One
Plan 20211
New westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 to RM-3 and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this
rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1984, No. 2029", :

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 9th day of April, 1984.

Read a second +ime by the Municipal Council this 9th’ day of April, 1984,

Public Hearing held this 30th day of April, 1984.

Bytaw No. 2029; to rezone:

Lot 13, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 20211, New
Westminster District, from RS-! to RM-5.

This property is located at 3461/65 Wellington Street and
has an apartment building located thereon. The rezoning
is being undertaken to apply the correct? zoning
designation for the use presently being made of the

property.
