The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Section "B" of Schedule "B" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Waterworks
Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No. 991" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam
Waterworks Regulation Bylaw, No. 1970, No. 991, Amendment Bylaw, 1982, No. 1925" is
repealed and the following substituted therefor:

'B. Meter Rates:

Rates for water shall be for the quantity used in any two (2) months period as
indicated by meter, which.shall be installed on the water service for the
purpose of registering the quantity of water used. All rates for water shall
become due and payable the first day of January, the first day of March, the
first day of May, the first day of July, the first day of Septenber- and the
first day of November each and every year, and a penalty of ten per centum

(10%) shall be added to any meter rates remaining unpaid two (2) months after
due date hereinbefore set forth. Retes shall be as follows:

O~ 1,000 cubic feet .......... $12.30 minimum charge
For the next 1,000 ~ 2,000 cubic feet .......... $ 0.56 per hundred cu.ft.
For the next 1,000 - 10,000 cubic feet ........3. $ 0.46 per hundred cu.ft.
Over 10,000 cubic Feet .......00. $ 0.28: per hundred cu.ft.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Waterworks Regulation Bylaw, 1970, No. 991, Amendment Bylaw, 1983, No. 1931",
