DRAFT RESOLUTION That with respect to the submission to the owner-electors of the "Recreational Facilities Construction and Loan Authorization By-law, 1973, No. 1251": . 1. Ronald Arthur Freeman, City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, shall be the Returning Officer. 2. Polling Day siall be held from eight o'clock in the forenoon to eight o'clock in the afternoon on Thursday, June 21st, 1973 at the following places: (a) St. Catherine's Anglican Church Hall, ; “* 2251 NeAllister Avenve, Port Coquitlam, B.C. : (b) Viscount Alexander Elementary School, 3250 Flint Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. (c) Cedar Drive School, i ' 3140 Cedar Drive, Fort Coquitlam, 8.C. co ; (d) Mary Hill Elementary School, 1912 Humber Crescent, Port Coquitlam, B.C. 3. An advanced Poll will te held st the place and during the times specified by the "Advanced Poll By-law, 1969, No. 956"; namely at the Port Coquitlam City Hall from one o'clock in the afternoon until eight o'clock in the afternoon on Friday, June 15th, 1973 and from nine o'clock in the forenoon until five o'clock in the afternoon on Monday to Wednesday, inclusive, June 18th to 20th, 1973. 4. The power to appoint Deputy Returning Officers to preside at the respective polling-places is hereby delegated to the Returning Officer appointed herein.
