RE? Westview Subdivision Road Closure

RECOMMENDATION :

THAT City Council authorize modification of the Building Scheme and
Restrictive Covenant regulating development of Single family houses and ;
townhouses to add land from a closed road and lane to the properties

: being regulated.

COMMENTS :

There is an old subdivision with road and lane at the north end of the
Westview Subdivision near the B.C. Hydro right-of-way. The road and lane are ;
being closed and sold to the developer.

: This report is to request City Council authorization to have the
Building Scheme regulations apply to the land created from the closed road and

lane.
