Encroachment Agreement

RECOMMENDATION:

That Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk endorse an
ancroachment agreement for Lot 1, O.L. 289, Srp. 1, Plan 76127,
NWLOD.

COMMENTS:

This encroachment agreement is to permit wood patio decks to be
placed over 4 municipal utility line passing through this
property. The townhouse site is bisected by 4 municipal reQeWe
and a GVRD reoew.e There are no buiidings to be constructed
over the utility rows. The lines are to be landscaped and used
as part of the project's outside living area. To that end, the
developer has requested permission to have three (3) wood patio
decks ancroach over the City's right of way. The patio decks
are wood construction and movable in the event the City
requires access to dig up a pipee

in conclusion, approval of this request is recommended.
