NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam has the intention of selling that certain parcel of land in Port
Coquitiam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as:

Parcel "A" (Bylaw Plan 67704), Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster
District, Pian 32282;

Parcel "B" (Bylaw Pian 67704) Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster
District Plan 31851;
Parcel "C" (Bylaw Plan 67704) of Alt that Portion of the East 117 feet

of Block 15, Section 5, Township 40, shown outlined red on Bylaw Plan 56241
New Westminster District Pian 7086. (Certificate of Title R1607AE);

and which is located north of Prairie Avenue between Toronto Street and

Ulster Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C., and has an area of approximately 490.1
sq.m. (5276 sq.ft.) and is presently zoned partially RS-!, partially RS-2,

and partially RT-1.

In the event that the foregoing lands are offered for sale, the lowest
price which will be accepted for them is $16,618.00.

if any person desires any further information regarding Council's
intention to sell these lands, or would like to make any proposal for the
acquisition of them, please contact the undersigned on or before the 12th

day of September, 1984.
