known. and described as Lot 47, SW of Section 7, Township 40, Plan

26192, and a westerly portion of Lot 382, SW of Section 7, Township 40,

Plan 60681 and a southerly portion of the Stratford road allowance, from
_RS-2, One Family Residential District to RS~1, One Family Residential

District.
