SUBJECT: Application to rezone 890 Victoria Drive
from RS-2 to RS-1.

DESCRIPTION: Lot 113, SE 1/4, Section 4, Township 40,
Plan 24333.

BACKGROUND: The subject property is located between
the St. Germain subdivision and Ricard
subdivision on Huber and Victoria. The
property has frontages on Huber and Victoria
and is large enough to be subdivided into
two lots. The rezoning of this property
to RS-1 therefore appears to be merely a
housekeeping matter.
