Duplex Strata Title Application

Lot 339, Plan 53730 - 1751 Imperial Avenue
Lot 326, Plan 53730 - 1754 Manchester Court

The applications in question are for new duplex strata title. The
lots are vacant and meets all the requirements for a two family re-
sidential use as set down in the present Zoning By-law.

A visual inspection of the proposed site has been made and is concurrent
with our- records on file of the. area.

Would you please bring this to Council to determine if they will approve
it. Enclosed is a copy of preliminary plans and a copy of strip map of
the area.
