Notwithstanding the "Conditions of Uses" described under “Part XII - Comprehensive
Development Zone" of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the provisions
under subsections (3) Location and Extent ef Permitted Uses, (4) Development Regulations, and
(5) Notes of Section 1001 "General Industrial (M-1) Zone", Part X of the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", shall apply to all uses permitted within the aforementioned land.

The property is located at 1833 Coast Meridian Road a would permit the location of a
technical office within a multi-tenant industrial warehouse building.

No one was present to speak regarding the proposed zoning amendment.

The Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
