1. The first recital of the "Lot 90, District Lot 464, Pian 51432, Catholic

Church Exemption from Taxation Bylaw, 1970, No. 1021 Is amended by striking out. the

legal description "Lot 90, District Lot 464, Group One, New Westminster District, Plan

51432" and substituting the legal description "Lot 1, District Lot 464, Group One,

Plan 72067, New Westminster District",

2. Section 1 of the Bylaw is amended by striking out the Jegal description "Lot
90, District Lot 464, Group One, New Westminster District, Plan 51432" and
substituting the fegal description "Lot 1, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 72067,

New Westminster District".

3. Section 1 of the Bylaw Is further amended by striking out the phrase

"Section 327(7)" and substituting the phrase "Section 399(6)".

4. - Section 4 of the Bylaw is amended by striking out the legai description "Lot
90, District Lot 464, plan 51432" and substituting the legal! description "Lot 1,

District Lot 464, Plan 72067",
5. This Bylaw may be cited for al! Purposes as the "Lot 1, District Lot 464,

Plan 72067 Catholic Church Exemption from Taxation Bylaw, 1970, No. 1021 Amendment

Bylaw, 1986, No. 2202",
